2、项目理念与目标
·理念:为学生提供一个安全、有序、富有启发性的课后环境,在完成学业任务的同时,通过多元化的活动促进其兴趣发展、社交技能和创造力。
·目标:
学业支持:提供安静、专注的环境和适当的指导,帮助学生高效完成当日作业,培养良好的时间规划习惯。
兴趣探索:通过轮换的创意活动、启迪学生在阅读、科学、艺术、工程等领域的兴趣,发现潜能。
社交与情感发展:在混合年龄的小组活动中,培养学生们的团队协作、沟通能力和领导力。
安全看护:为家长提供一份安心,确保学生放学后得到专业的看护和管理。
3. 基本信息
·服务对象:EY (Early Years) 至七年级 (Y7) 学生
·活动时间:每周一15:30 - 19:00;每周二至至周四17:00 - 19:00
· 集合地点:学校三楼图书馆
· 内容结构:
45分钟:学习时间 (Guided Study Time)
45分钟:启迪活动 (Thematic Enrichment Activity)
30分钟:营养晚餐 (Dinner)
4. 活动安排详解
·签到与安顿:学生在图书馆签到。
·营养晚餐:5:00-5:30
·签出与放学:7:00学生在大堂签出。
学习时间
·内容安排:首先做时间规划表,培养合理搭配时间观念。完成作业后,学生可进行自主阅读或预习。
·环境营造:图书馆保持安静,营造有利于专注的学习氛围,起到相互影响作用。
·作业指导:由保育班老师监督和指导,优先完成当日作业。鼓励高年级学生帮助低年级学生,培养同伴互助精神。
启迪活动时间
为保持新鲜感和全面发展的平衡,设置主题活动日。主题如下,但不限于:
·周一:STEAM探索日 (STEAM Discovery Day)
o 活动示例:趣味科学小实验(如火山喷发、彩虹雨)、数学思维游戏。
·周二:益智与建构游戏 (Brain Games & Construction Day)
o 活动示例:乐高主题搭建、棋盘游戏(象棋、围棋、国际象棋等)、脑筋急转弯、团队解谜游戏。
·周三:表达与写作工坊 (Reading & Writing Workshop)
o 活动示例:分级阅读小组、故事会、创意作画、看图写作、读书分享会, 以及书法。
·周四:艺术与手工创作 (Art & Craft Creation Day)
o 活动示例:主题绘画(水彩、蜡笔、素描)、主题海报、涂色、手工制作(剪纸、黏土、环保材料创作)、节日主题艺术。
· 注:活动内容将根据学生年龄进行差异化设计,确保EY至G7的学生都能参与并乐在其中。
5. 人员配置与管理
导师: 按学生人数配置,师生比不高于1:10,负责保育和启迪活动带领。
6. 安全与规则
·签到/签出制度:严格的学生考勤和放学制度。
·行为准则:学生需遵守图书馆和活动纪律,尊重导师和同伴。

2. Programme Philosophy & Aims
· Philosophy: To provide pupils with a safe, structured, and inspiring after-school environment. While completing academic tasks, they will have the opportunity to develop their interests, social skills, and creativity through a variety of activities.
· Aims:
Academic Support: To offer a quiet, focused environment and appropriate guidance, helping pupils complete their daily homework efficiently and cultivate good time-management habits.
Interest Exploration: Through a rotating schedule of creative activities, to spark pupils' interest in areas such as reading, science, art, and engineering, helping them discover their potential.
Social & Emotional Development: To foster pupils' teamwork, communication skills, and leadership qualities through mixed-age group activities.
Safekeeping: To provide parents with peace of mind, ensuring their children are under professional care and supervision after the school day.
3. Essential Information
· For Pupils: Early Years (EY) to Year 7 (Y7).
· Session Times: Mondays 15:30-19:00; Tuesdays to Thursdays 17:00 - 19:00.
· Meeting Point: School Library, Second Floor.
· Session Structure:
o 45 minutes: Guided Study Time
o 45 minutes: Thematic Enrichment Activity
o 30 minutes: Nutritious Dinner
4. Detailed Schedule & Activities
· Registration & Settling In: Pupils register their attendance in the library.
· Nutritious Dinner: 17:00 - 17:30
· Sign-Out & Departure: 18:50 – 19:00. Pupils are signed out by parents/guardians in the main hall.
Guided Study Time
·Content: Pupils will begin by creating a timetable to cultivate the concept of effective time allocation. Upon completing their homework, they may engage in independent reading or preview upcoming lessons.
·Environment: The library will be kept quiet to foster a focused learning atmosphere where pupils can positively influence one another.
·Homework Guidance: Supervised and guided by the teaching staff, with priority given to completing the day's homework. Older pupils are encouraged to assist younger ones, fostering a spirit of peer support.
Enrichment Activity Time
To maintain engagement and ensure a balanced development, themed activity days are scheduled. Examples include, but are not limited to:
· Monday: STEAM Discovery Day
Sample Activities: Fun science experiments (e.g., volcano eruption, rainbow rain), mathematical puzzle games.
· Tuesday: Brain Games & Construction Day
Sample Activities: Themed Lego building, board games (Chinese Chess, Go, International Chess, etc.), brain teasers, team puzzle-solving games.
· Wednesday: Reading & Writing Workshop
Sample Activities: Guided reading groups, story sessions, creative writing, picture-inspired writing, book clubs, and calligraphy.
· Thursday: Art & Craft Creation Day
Sample Activities: Themed painting (watercolour, crayon, sketching), poster design, colouring, handicrafts (paper cutting, clay modelling, creations from recycled materials), festival-themed art.
· Note: All activities will be differentiated by age to ensure pupils from EY to Y7 can participate and enjoy themselves.
5. Staffing & Management
· Tutors: Staffing will be based on pupil numbers .
6. Safeguarding & Rules
· Registration/Sign-Out: A strict attendance and departure system will be in place.
· Code of Conduct: Pupils are expected to follow library and activity rules, showing respect for tutors and peers.
