近日，2025PGA中国校际高尔夫球锦标赛总决赛在东莞观澜湖利百特球场圆满收官。经过北京、上海、大湾区三大赛区的层层选拔与激烈比拼，曼校高尔夫球队再次摘得全国总冠军，实现荣耀卫冕！

本次比赛，曼校派出了实力强劲的阵容：六年级Anna熊馨颖、七年级Momo何墨、八年级Evy唐依菲、九年级Sarah林语芊、十年级Chloe李雨露，以及十二年级Abel吴方洋。他们沉着应战、表现出色，将冠军奖杯再次带回曼校！

个人赛方面，同学们也捷报频传：

吴方洋同学作为校队两届主力，在总决赛中打出单轮73杆的好成绩，展现出扎实的技术与稳定的心态，虽与冠军擦肩，但他的潜力与实力，已赢得教练团队的一致称赞！

We deeply integrate the golfing heritage originating from Edinburgh, Scotland—the birthplace of the sport—with an authentic British-style international curriculum. The 2025 PGA China Inter-School Golf Championship Finals concluded successfully at the Nichols Course of Mission Hills Golf Club in Dongguan. After intense competitions across the Beijing, Shanghai, and Greater Bay Area divisions, the golf team of Shenzhen Merchiston International School (MIS) once again claimed the national championship title, defending their crown with glory!

For this tournament, MIS fielded a strong team lineup: Year 6 student Anna Xiong Xin Ying, Year 7 student Momo He Mo, Year 8 student Evy Tang Yi Fei, Year 9 student Sarah Lin Yu Qian, Year 10 student Chloe Li Yu Lu, and Year 12 student Abel Wu Fang Yang. With composure and outstanding performance, they brought the championship trophy back to MIS!

Abel Wu Fang Yang, a key player for the school team over two seasons, delivered an excellent round of 73 in the finals, demonstrating solid technique and steady composure. Although he narrowly missed the championship title, his potential and skill have earned high praise from the coaching team!

He has trained over 30 students who entered world-renowned universities such as Stanford University and Louisiana State University on golf scholarships. To encourage more young golfers to reach for the world stage, the academy has also established a "Million-Yuan Scholarship Program," offering 3 full scholarships and 6 half scholarships annually. MIS’s founding campus—Merchiston Castle School in Edinburgh—is located in Scotland, the birthplace of golf. The spirit, etiquette, and competitive tradition of golf are deeply embedded in the school’s educational DNA. In 2021, Merchiston Castle School placed second in a national golf tournament in the UK.
