Kyle is a South African teacher whose hometown, Durban, is on the East coast. Kyle graduated from the University of KwaZulu Natal and studied Psychology. He achieved Cum Laude for his Honours year in 2014. He completed a TEFL course and started his journey in China in 2018. Over this period, he decided to study his PGCE and was able to achieve a distinction. Kyle has worked in a number of different roles in the education field across different age groups. He began as Head of Senior Maths for a tutoring company in South Africa in 2016 and moved into Early Years and Primary education when he moved to China. Kyle enjoys creating a fun learning environment where his students feel comfortable to explore the content being covered. He is rather excited about the opportunity to fully immerse himself in his teaching role by creating an environment that is supportive, challenging and comfortable. Kyle is looking forward to getting to know his students and colleagues. Kyle enjoys playing sports, hiking and enjoys reading a good book.
