Faye earned her first Bachelor degree in European Studies and then BSc (cum laude) in International Business Administration at RSM Erasmus University and an MA in English Language and Culture at Leiden University in Holland. She further completed her MPhil in Innovation, Strategy and Organisation at JBS of Cambridge University and her third Master’s degree in Teaching Chinese to other Language Speakers at Fudan University in China with full scholarship. She received her PGCE from Sunderland University.  After working as a Marketing Researcher in Port of Rotterdam and as a Mandarin teacher at a school and a university in Holland, she returned to China to start teaching business studies/economics at a Chinese international school in 2009. During the past few years, she also served as a Director of a language centre, Director of Studies and Exam Officer at an international school and founded some small businesses. Faye speaks Mandarin, Wenzhounese, English, Dutch and some German. In her own time, she loves to travel, practice vocal singing and calligraphy.
