Hailee Lan graduated from Minzu University of China with a major in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language and has extensive teaching experience. Her research papers have been included in several important conferences, reflecting her deep understanding of Chinese language and culture. During her time as a Chinese language teacher at the International Education College of Beijing Jiaotong University, she provided high-quality Chinese language and culture courses to students from around the world, helping them improve their language skills and cross-cultural communication abilities. She has also participated in various international cooperation projects, including those with the University of North Georgia, Beijing Foreign Studies University, and the "Chinese Bridge" programme, which has enabled her to teach effectively in multicultural environments.
Additionally, Hailee served as a trainee Chinese language teacher at Wenzhou Yucai School, gaining insight into classroom teaching at the primary education level. This experience helped her learn how to adjust teaching methods according to students' age characteristics. She also interned at the Zhejiang Tsinghua Yangtze River Delta Research Institute and Zhejiang TV, where she was responsible for explanation, promotion, and news editing, making her classroom content more timely and engaging.
In her personal life, she enjoys swimming and hiking, and she is skilled in playing the erhu and performing Latin dance.
