Nationality: South African

Bianca is a registered early years teacher from South Africa. She holds a B.Ed degree in Early Childhood Development. Bianca taught at an eco and adventure school, where children from a young age were taught important survival skills in their adventure based program. Thereafter she taught in an urban city environment in the heart of Cape Town.  

Coming from a country which is so diverse in culture, Bianca took a keen interest in learning about other cultures around the world. She went on to teach in Doha, Qatar and was also a governess for a family that travelled extensively. 

Bianca believes that it is vital to create a safe and nurturing environment, where children feel comfortable to explore, learn and grow. Her role is to provide children with the opportunities and support they need to reach their full potential and create a love for life-long learning. 

When Bianca isn’t teaching, she enjoys a good book, freshwater fishing and hiking. She also enjoys making teaching resources and classroom decorations to share within the teaching community.
