Yomi earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting, but a transformative volunteering teaching experience in a remote area ignited her passion for education, leading her to pursue a master’s in education specializing in TESOL at the University of Sydney. She holds the CELT-P (Certificate in English Language Teaching – Primary) awarded by Cambridge Assessment English, along with national English teaching certifications. With eight years of hands-on classroom experience, her teaching philosophy revolves around student-centered learning, fostering active participation, critical thinking, and collaborative teamwork. Energized and empathetic, Yomi creates a supportive environment where students thrive through dynamic activities, ensuring concepts are retained while making learning fun.

Beyond teaching, Yomi enjoys outdoor activities such as running, cycling, and hiking. She often shares her marathon experiences with her students, saying, "Learning English is like running—persistence leads to the most rewarding views!"
