Michael’s undergraduate degree was in Marketing. He then completed a master’s in educational management and leadership at the University of Southampton where he received the Dean's List Award for outstanding achievement. Subsequently, he obtained the QTS and PGCE at the University of  Worcester. He has 8 years of teaching experience in UK and China, mainly teaching Economics, Business and Accounting from Key Stage 4 to sixth form. Michael is very familiar with the specifications and exam board requirements for each subject as he has taught different qualifications. He believes every child deserves a champion and is keen to creating an inclusive learning environment for pupils.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys various sports, especially fitness, basketball, and badminton. He is also an enthusiast of travelling and reading.
