Ms. Cai graduated from Peking University with a master's degree majoring in Chinese International Education. She has been engaged in international education for ten years, and has explored, practiced and thought about the international education curriculum in elementary, middle and high schools in her teaching. Ms. Cai has won the provincial award for excellent teaching papers in private schools, and has also published articles in famous digests and guided her students to publish their works.

She has been teaching students for ten years, respecting them and teaching them with heart and patience, no matter what age group, country or region they come from. She believe that every student has his or her own characteristics and blossoms, and teach them according to their abilities.
