Victoria has got her Master‘s Degree of Chinese Culture and Literature in Capital Normal University. During her postgraduate studies, she was selected to the Ca' Foscari University of Venice in Italy (Università Ca' Foscari Venezia) to learn the western culture and literature. Victoria has worked in education for over eight years in Beijing public school and international school. She has received numerous honors: 1. Sailing Cup Teaching Competition in Beijing, 2nd Place  2. The Collection and Evaluation Of Teaching and Scientific Research Results, 1st Place (Beijing) 3. The essay “Research on Improving the Effectiveness of Teachers’Classroom Teaching with Interactive Response System”, 2nd Place (Beijing) 4. “The 9th Teaching Design and Presentation for Primary and Secondary Education" Competition, 2nd place (Beijing), 5. The Excellent Instructor of Writing and Reading in Primary and Secondary Schools. She likes flower-arrangement, dancing, reading and traveling... She has got excellent results in a dancesport competition for university students.
