Kim began learning piano at a young age and has developed a strong passion for music education. Trilingual in Korean, English, and Chinese, she holds a Master’s degree in Piano Performance from the University of Birmingham, UK, and has a solid background in both Eastern and Western music traditions.
Kim has several years of experience teaching music, with a special focus on elementary music education. She enjoys leading group instrumental classes, especially piano-based activities, and designs lessons that are engaging, interactive, and accessible for young learners. Her teaching helps students build basic musical skills while developing confidence, creativity, and a love for music.
As a certified high school music teacher, Kim has also organized student concerts and school performances, guiding children through positive and supportive performance experiences. She believes that music should be joyful, hands-on, and inspiring, and that early music education plays an important role in helping children grow, express themselves, and appreciate the arts.
In her free time, Kim enjoys jazz dancing and learning songs and singing styles from different cultures, which she loves sharing with her students.
