Yoyo was born in Guangxi, southern China, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics from Sichuan University in 2004. After graduation, she began working at a research institute. In 2015, she enrolled in the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Engineering Physics to study nuclear technology and application, earning a Master's degree in 2018. Throughout her studies, Yoyo was interested in education and took psychology-related courses as electives, including educational psychology and developmental psychology. She also gained experience by tutoring high school students in subjects such as physics and mathematics. In 2022, Yoyo completed an online teacher training course through Cambridge Assessment International Education and became certified. Yoyo has since made the transition from scientific research to teaching, and her subjects now include AS & A-level physics, mathematics, advanced mathematics, and AP physics and mathematics. She values active student participation and encourages critical thinking by combining textbook knowledge with her scientific research experience. In her free time, Yoyo enjoys an active lifestyle and takes part in various sports such as badminton, volleyball, yoga, and hiking.
