Maggie has 15 years of teaching, training and teaching management experience in international early childhood education and kindergarten. She has worked as a teaching supervisor in a well-known international early childhood education centre, responsible for the curriculum development and training of childcare programs, and also taught English subjects in a key secondary school, which was well received by parents and children; she is currently working as a teaching supervisor in the Group's Early Childhood Department;

She joined Joying in 2020 and has grown with Joying from a teacher to a teaching supervisor.

With her rich teaching experience and love for education, she always keeps her original intention, believing that education is to let every child shine in his own way.

Focuses on collaboration and communication in team management. She actively integrates Chinese and Western cultures, supports teachers' individual creations, makes education full of love and surprise, and creates a positive working atmosphere for everyone;

I hope to be able to play seriously and learn happily with children all the time!
