A dedicated educator with 10+ years of international teaching experience, Ms. Audrey Lim specializes in early childhood education and curriculum design. She holds a Masters in Marketing (Festival/Event Management) from Edinburgh Napier University (UK) and certifications in TEFL (UK) and TAE40110 Training and Assessment (Australia), underpinning her expertise in language instruction and pedagogical leadership.

Her teaching journey began with mentoring infants and toddlers (10 months–6 years) at the Hong Kong Preschool Playgroup Association (HKPPA), where she integrated the EYFS framework and Montessori philosophy to foster independence and creativity. Relocating to Shenzhen, she joined Joying International Academy (2021), spearheading the development of an English literacy framework for children aged 2–6, combining phonics, storytelling and project-based learning (PBL). She also led teacher training programs, emphasizing student-centered methodologies and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
