Education Background: Master

Bond, an A-level Chemistry Examiner, graduated from the International Educational Leadership Programme jointly offered by University College London (UCL) and Tsinghua University. He has been deeply involved in international education for over ten years, with eight years of management experience and six years of experience as a principal. He once worked in a well-known international education group, successively serving as the Grade Dean of University Foundation Programme, the person in charge of the Oxbridge Project, and the principal of the international department. During his teaching and tenure, some students were admitted to the University of Oxford and Cambridge. Some students also won full scholarships from the University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. For five consecutive years, 100% of graduates received offers from QS top 50 universities.  

He is committed to promoting the Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) programme across the whole school system, making every effort to enhance the sense of well-being among teachers and students. His management philosophy is to build a learning organisation, helping every teacher achieve self-transcendence and ultimately support the growth and development of every child. His educational philosophy is that education lies in awakening and enlightenment.
