Ms. Yuan Hui is a highly respected international education expert with nearly three decades of experience. She holds a Master's degree in Education from Indiana University Bloomington (USA) and professional teaching certifications from both the United States and Australia. Her distinguished career spans prestigious institutions such as Harvard University, as well as public and private schools, where she has accumulated award-winning teaching and leadership experience across K-12 and higher education. She has also held leadership roles in state-level teacher associations in the U.S. and city-level associations in Australia.

As the Executive Director of the Shenzhen Bay Laboratory (a provincial key laboratory) Science Outreach Center, she leads a team of over 100 scientist volunteers, successfully organizing 360+ science outreach events across 60 schools. These initiatives have benefited approximately 70,000 students, significantly enhancing scientific literacy and curiosity among youth in the Greater Bay Area.

Through her leadership in Shenzhen Bay Laboratory’s parent-child science camps (held during winter and summer breaks for four consecutive years) and the founding of the "Wandou Hui" Family Education Association, she has designed activities that deepen parent-child bonds and foster family values. Ms. Yuan is a leading advocate for the "Home-School-Community" education model in Shenzhen.
