Saul Montoya is an experienced international educator with over a decade of experience working in international schools across China. Bilingual in Spanish and English, he specialises in English as an Additional Language (EAL) and Spanish, supporting students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds to achieve both academic and personal success.

Saul holds an International Postgraduate Certificate in Education (iPGCE) from the University of Derby and is currently completing a Master's degree in Education through the British education system. Throughout his career, he has worked across Primary and Secondary settings and has also held pastoral responsibilities within boarding environments, helping students develop confidence, resilience, and independence.

Passionate about multilingual education and student wellbeing, Saul believes in creating inclusive learning environments where every student feels valued and supported. Beyond the classroom, he enjoys developing projects that strengthen the school community and encourage student leadership. He is particularly proud of establishing a student-led charity initiative that helped students develop creativity, teamwork, confidence, and a strong sense of pride in their achievements.

Outside of school, Saul enjoys staying active through exercise and outdoor pursuits, as well as travelling and exploring different cultures. He is passionate about discovering new cuisines, particularly those that feature unique flavours and aromatic spices. He believes that food, like language, is a wonderful way to connect with people and cultures.
