Kurt has been dedicated to education more than 20 years. Previously, he served as the Director of Operations at the Affiliated International High School of Shenzhen University, the Founding Principal of the Experimental A-Level Program at Sendelta International Academy, and the Founding Principal of Guangyi Cambridge International High School in Hunan.

He has worked with several leading international schools and has extensive hands-on experience in curriculum design, integration, academic management, and university guidance. As a founding principal of Cambridge international programs, he successfully led the establishment of new schools and has guided numerous students in gaining admission to top global universities, including Oxford, Cambridge, and other members of the UK’s G5.

Kurt holds a Master's degree in Education from the Queensland University of Technology. As the founder and head of the "Royal Mile" program, he is responsible for strategic planning, organizing the academic team, and overseeing the program’s daily operations.
