Ken was educated in Canada, he studied in McDonald International Academy in Toronto, Canada and obtained Ontario Secondary School Diploma, then he earned his Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Canada’s first Faculty of Computer Science at University of New Brunswick, Canada. During his study, he won University Academic Scholarships, was named Dean’s list and among the top 15% of all students in Faculty of Computer Science. Meanwhile, Ken is one of World’s First Cambridge Certified Teachers to teach Cambridge international A Level Computer Science curriculum, and his lesson plan is highly regarded by his Cambridge tutor Dr. Dave Duddell- the author of Cambridge A level textbook and CIE authority in the field of Computer Science. Furthermore, Ken has extensive experience in teaching international curriculum of ICT and Computer Science, such as AP, IGCSE and A-level. Before joining MIS, he hsd worked in some prestigious international schools, including Yew Wah International Education School in Guangzhou, Guangdong Country Garden School. He has a proven track record of always maintaining his teaching results among the world’s first class, including in 2018 CIE exams, his students attained one of the world’s highest scores in A-level A2 Computer Science and ranked top 8% in the world.

Ken’s interest lies in the latest developments in the global digital industry. And lifelong learning is his teaching philosophy. He often shares the latest technological advancements with his students and help them to apply it in the real life. So, his students can always be at the cutting edge of Computer Science.
