Malcolm has been a kindergarten teacher in China for almost twelve years so he is very experienced in young children. He has TEFL, & Bachelor of Arts in Early Learning Education.

Malcolm worked in various Kindergartens and training centres before settling down in Joying International Campus.He is a very reasonable and reliable teacher were the parent have complete trust in him.

Malcolm likes dancing and singing with the children, and makes enjoyable fun lessons with great power point presentations, games, and drama that all the children enjoy.

Malcolm philosophy is he aspire to create student-centered learning environments in which the student is in the driving seat of their own learning.

His classrooms are always focused on the specific needs of his students. He works hard to differentiate learning so that each student's unique skills are emphasized.
