Navasky Ryder has been living and teaching in China for almost seven years, with over four years of experience as a kindergarten homeroom teacher. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies and a TEFL Certificate, and he has a strong passion for helping young children learn and grow through play, creativity, and exploration.

Ryder is a fun, responsible, and imaginative teacher who believes that children learn best when they are happy, curious, and actively engaged. His classroom is filled with music, art, storytelling, and hands-on activities that encourage students to express themselves and develop confidence in English.

His teaching philosophy centers on student-centered learning, where children take an active role in their own discovery. He aims to make every lesson a joyful and meaningful experience, combining creativity with purposeful play to nurture both academic and emotional growth.

Outside of school, Ryder enjoys hiking, playing football, cycling, and photography, often drawing inspiration from his adventures to bring fresh, real-world ideas into his classroom.
