Kurt has dedicated over 20 years to the field of education. Prior to his current role, he served as the Director of Operations at the Affiliated International High School of Shenzhen University, the Founding Principal of the Experimental A-Level Program at Sendelta International Academy, and the Founding Principal of Guangyi Cambridge International High School in Hunan. He possesses extensive hands-on experience in curriculum design, curriculum integration, academic management, and university admissions planning. Under his leadership, many students have successfully been admitted to top institutions, including Oxford, Cambridge, and other G5 and world-renowned universities.

Kurt holds a Master’s degree in Education from Queensland University of Technology. He is passionate about sports, music, and film, with his athletic interests spanning football, swimming, golf, and surfing.
