Echo has 16 years of experience in international kindergarten teaching and management. She has held positions such as teaching researcher, academic principal, and principal at renowned early education groups in Beijing and Shenzhen. Currently, she serves as the group principal.  

With five years of experience as a frontline teacher, Echo has accumulated extensive knowledge in early childhood education. During her five years in a teaching research role, she led her team in curriculum development, organized teacher training, and promoted the in-depth implementation of educational practices, significantly improving the teaching quality of the kindergarten.  

In 2018, Echo transitioned to an administrative management role, where she oversaw the operational management of the kindergarten. She approached challenges from a holistic perspective, formulating and implementing long-term development strategies to ensure the kindergarten's sustainable growth. Through high-quality teaching services and effective communication with parents, she helped establish a strong brand image for the kindergarten, attracting a large number of parents and children.  

Echo consistently adheres to a "child-centered" educational philosophy. She believes that every child is unique, and the goal of education is to help them discover their potential and become confident, responsible global citizens
