The successful hosting of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics ignited everyone's passion for winter sports. To allow more children from the southern regions to personally experience the charm of ice and snow sports on the professional Olympic stage, during the Christmas holidays, MIS Ice and Snow Sports Academy organized an eight-day Christmas Ski Camp. Taking the children to the ideal natural skiing area in North China – Chongli, the camp allowed the children to feel the spirit of the Olympics, "Faster, Higher, Stronger," in the thrilling experiences of speed and excitement.

Throughout the camp, the school provided a professional coaching team with a student-to-teacher ratio of 1:3, tailoring exclusive training programs for children of different ages and skill levels. The robust faculty transformed "instruction" into "guidance," allowing children to intimately engage with ice and snow in an environment filled with both education and enjoyment, igniting the entire world of ice and snow with laughter and joy.

Many students at the camp were experiencing the northern snow world for the first time. To ensure safety, coaches patiently and meticulously explained everything from putting on and taking off snow gear to skiing etiquette.

Step by step, swinging arms, accelerating, and leaping – during the training process, with each fall and rise, children continuously conquered unknown fears, bravely taking their first steps and thoroughly enjoying the passion and charm brought by winter sports. Regardless of whether their postures were elegant or professional, the children played with full enthusiasm, their faces radiating the pure joy brought by sports.

As the camp neared its conclusion, the children not only learned to move forward and mastered various skiing maneuvers but also received the Beijing Ski Association's dual-board junior level four certificate. While visiting the Snow Ruyi (National Ski Jumping Center), they unexpectedly encountered skiers from the Guangdong Provincial Team training there. Face-to-face exchanges with these exemplary athletes further fueled their interest and love for ice and snow sports.

Although the eight-day camp was brief, the children took the first steps into the world of ice and snow, leaving us with infinite surprises and memories of winter growth. We also anticipate the Winter Olympic spirit to deeply influence the children's hearts, fostering love and passion for ice and snow sports.

2022年北京冬奥会的成功举办，点燃了大家对冰雪运动的激情。为了让更多南方的孩子在奥运的专业赛场上亲身感受冰雪运动的魅力，圣诞假期期间，曼校冰雪运动学院组织开展了为期八天的圣诞滑雪营，把孩子们带到华北地区最理想的天然滑雪区域——崇礼，让孩子们在一次次的速度与激情中，感受“更快、更高、更强”的奥运精神。

营期间学校配备了专业的教练团队，以1:3的师生比，为不同年龄段、不同水平的孩子定制了专属的培训方案。强大的师资让“教导”变为“引导”，孩子在寓教于乐的环境下与冰雪亲密约会，用欢声笑语点燃了整个冰雪世界。

营地很多同学都是第一次来到北方见识冰雪世界，为了保障安全，从穿脱雪具到滑雪礼仪，教练们都耐心细致地一一进行了详细讲解。

走步、摆臂、加速、飞跃……在训练过程中，一次次地摔倒、爬起，孩子们不断战胜未知恐惧，勇敢迈出自己的第一步，尽情享受冰雪运动带来的激情与魅力，收获了令人惊喜的成长与变化。不管姿势是否优雅和专业，孩子们都玩得尽兴十足，脸上洋溢着运动带来的纯粹快乐。

营期接近尾声，孩子们不仅学会了前进，掌握了各种滑行动作，还获得了北京市滑雪协会颁发的双板初级四级证书。在游览雪如意（国家跳台滑雪中心）期间，还偶遇了来自广东省队的滑雪运动员在此集训，并与他们面对面交流滑雪技巧，榜样的力量也更加激发了他们对冰雪运动的兴趣和热爱。

八天的营期虽然短暂，但孩子们迈出了踏冰卧雪的第一步，留给了我们惊喜无限的冬日成长印记。我们也期待冬奥精神浸润孩子们的心田，在冰雪运动中收获热爱和激情。
