The University of Oxford, commonly referred to as "Oxford," located in Oxford, United Kingdom, is a public research university employing the traditional collegiate system. Oxford University is the oldest university in the English-speaking world and the second oldest surviving higher education institution globally.

As the first purely British-style boarding international school in Shenzhen, Shenzhen MIS has maintained a good relationship with top British higher education institutions, establishing a platform for communication between MIS students and top-tier universities. This platform helps MIS students become familiar with British culture early on, establish connections with professors from prestigious universities, and lay the foundation for academic advancement and life in the UK.

To further promote substantive cooperation with the University of Oxford, Mr. Lv Jianjun, the founder and chairman of the school, Mr. Guo Shaotang, chairman of the school's board of directors and former executive vice president of the Baptist University of Hong Kong, and Dr. Li Tianzi, a director of the school and former Asia human resources manager of Pearson International Education Group, have visited Oxford University multiple times.

We are delighted to announce that in February 2024, MIS reached a cooperation intention with one of the oldest colleges of the University of Oxford—Oxford University New College. This collaboration introduces the tutorial system, known as the brightest gem in British higher education, to MIS. In the future, MIS teachers will guide students under the exclusive one-on-one or one-on-two tutorial system of Oxford University New College, establishing closer teacher-student and school-family relationships to better empower MIS students.

Additionally, MIS has partnered with Oxford University New College to offer specially tailored summer schools. These summer schools, hosted by New College, invite professors from Oxford and Cambridge universities to interact face-to-face with children, helping them develop foundational skills in various subjects including economics, law, mathematics, English, geography, and history. These subjects serve as guiding lights for children to achieve outstanding academic performance!

Moreover, after attending the Oxford summer school, MIS students will receive assistance in establishing long-term connections with professors from Oxford University or Cambridge University based on their performance and research interests. Lucky students may have the opportunity to participate in research projects with professors from Oxford University or Cambridge University, preparing them for future academic pursuits!

The entire camp will be conducted in English, with accommodation and meals provided in Oxford, offering a rare opportunity for in-depth academic experience! Only 20 slots are available, and strict internal selection will be conducted!

The camp is open to students in Year 9- Year 12, and it is a selective programme that requires students to pass a simple assessment to gain access to this academic exchange opportunity.

During the Oxford Academic Camp, students will delve into the methodology of academic research and innovation. They will have the opportunity to learn, communicate, and collaborate with outstanding students from around the world, broadening their horizons and developing teamwork and leadership skills.

Our professional team of mentors will consist of professors and researchers from the University of Oxford, who will share their academic experience and knowledge, inspiring students' enthusiasm for learning and curiosity. Students will also have the chance to visit the campus and laboratories of the University of Oxford, experiencing the academic atmosphere and research environment of a world-class institution firsthand.

我们欣喜的和大家分享，在2024年2月，曼校与牛津大学最古老学院之一—牛津大学新学院达成合作意向，把被称为英国高等教育最璀璨的明珠—导师制，引入曼校，未来曼校老师将在牛津大学新学院的指导下，用牛津大学一对一、一对二的专属导师制指导曼校学子学习，建立更为紧密的师生关系、家校关系，更好地为曼校学子赋能。

此外，曼校也与牛津大学新学院达成合作，由新学院根据曼校专门定制暑期夏校，邀请牛津大学和剑桥大学在职教授与孩子们面对面，帮助孩子们打造各学科知识的底层能力，这些学科将涉及经济、法律、数学、英语、地理、历史等，是孩子们获得卓越学术成绩的指路明灯！

更为重要的是，曼校学子在参加牛津夏校之后，曼校会根据学生的表现及研究兴趣，帮助曼校学子建立与牛津大学或者剑桥大学教授的长期联系，幸运的学子们将可以跟着牛津大学或者剑桥大学的教授做研究项目，为今后升学做好准备！

此次营地上课全程英文，住宿、餐饮均在牛津进行，是一次非常难得的深度学术体验！名额仅限20席，内部严格遴选！

该营地针对 9 年级和到12 年级的学生，是一个选拔制的学术交流机会。学生们将通过一系列简单的测试来展示他们在各个学科领域的知识和才能。成功通过测试的学生将有机会参加这次难得的营地活动。

在牛津学术营地期间，学生们将深入了解学术研究和创新的方法。他们将与来自世界各地的优秀学生一起学习、交流和合作，拓宽视野，培养团队合作和领导能力。
