近日，2025 PGA中国校际高尔夫锦标赛区域赛在观澜湖东莞高尔夫球会·罗斯-保尔特球场圆满收杆。经过两天的激烈角逐，深圳曼彻斯通城堡学校代表队凭借出色发挥，再次成功卫冕团体冠军，续写赛事辉煌。

本次赛事云集了来自各地的13支校园代表队。曼校队员们以沉稳的竞技状态和默契的团队配合，最终以3杆优势摘得团体桂冠，展示了强大的整体实力。

女子C组比赛中，曼校的熊馨颖展现出了超越年龄的稳定与技术。年仅10岁的她，自3岁起便接触高尔夫，已有6年球龄，基础扎实。此前在D组豪取“十连冠”后，今年升入C组依旧势头不减。本轮她交出1鸟3柏忌的74杆，以两轮总成绩149杆、领先19杆的绝对优势夺冠，展现了强大的统治力。

女子B组的唐依菲同样表现不俗，以22杆优势夺得亚军。

男子B组争夺激烈，悬念持续至最后。曼校的何墨在全程胶着的赛况中沉着应战，最终斩获该组亚军。

曼校队员能以全胜姿态蝉联冠军，并非偶然。其背后是学校对高尔夫体育运动教育的高度重视与资源投入，以及专业的教练团队支撑。

学校与G星球教练组深度合作，并邀请美国排名前二十的教练提供专业指导。从赛前的战术分析、排兵布阵，到临场的鼓励与支持，教练团队为每位球员提供了全面保障，让他们能专注比赛、充分发挥。

同样功不可没的，是每一位在身后默默付出的家长。他们牺牲周末休息时间，连续两天坚守赛场，用陪伴与呐喊给予孩子最直接的温暖与力量，成为球员们最坚实的后盾。

值得关注的是，今年8月，包括六年级的熊馨颖（Anna）、八年级唐依菲（Evy）在内的多位学生加入了曼校高尔夫学院。在学校科学的课程安排下，学生们上午完成全部文化课学习，下午则由学校安排交通前往G星球进行专业的持续训练，真正实现了“学业与特长两不误”的平衡发展。

这种注重个性培养、支持学生多元发展的教育模式，正是曼校学子能在赛场内外同样绽放光彩的重要基础。

此次区域赛的夺冠，不仅是一份荣誉，更是对曼校高尔夫体育教育成果的一次检验。祝贺所有获奖的球员，也期待他们在接下来的比赛中继续超越自我，挥写出更灿烂的成长轨迹。

On November 29th and 30th, the 2025 PGA China Inter-school Golf Championship Regional Tournament successfully concluded at the Ross-Poulter Course of Mission Hills Golf Club Dongguan. After two days of intense competition, the team from Shenzhen Merchiston International School, with their outstanding performance, once again successfully defended the team championship title, continuing their legacy of excellence in the tournament.

The tournament brought together 13 school teams from various regions. With steady competitive form and seamless teamwork, the Merchiston players ultimately secured the team championship with a 3-stroke advantage, demonstrating formidable overall strength.

In the Girls' Group C competition, Year 6 Xinying Xiong (Anna) displayed composure and skill beyond her years. The 10-year-old, who started playing golf at age 3 and already has 6 years of experience, possesses a solid foundation. After achieving an impressive "ten consecutive wins" in the Group D previously, she continued her strong momentum this year upon moving up to the Group C. In this round, she carded a 74 with 1 birdie and 3 bogeys, locking in a two-round total of 149 strokes and claiming the championship with a dominant 19-stroke lead, showcasing her commanding prowess.

In the Girls' Group B, Tang Yifei (Evy) also delivered an excellent performance, securing the runner-up position with a 22-stroke advantage.

The Boys Group B witnessed fierce competition where suspense lasted until the very end. Year 7 Mo He (Momo) remained calm and collected throughout the closely contested match, ultimately clinching the runner-up spot in his group.

The Merchiston players' ability to achieve a perfect winning record and defend their title is no coincidence. It stems from the school's high level of emphasis and resource investment in golf sports education, coupled with the support of a professional coaching team.

The school maintains a deep collaboration with the Golf Planet coaching team and has engaged coaches ranked within the top twenty in the US to provide professional guidance. From pre-competition tactical analysis and lineup strategy to on-site encouragement and support, the coaching team offered comprehensive support for each player, allowing them to focus on the game and perform to their full potential.

Equally indispensable are the parents who have provided unwavering support behind the scenes. Sacrificing their weekend rest, they steadfastly stayed at the venue for two consecutive days, offering their children the most direct warmth and strength through their companionship and cheers, becoming the players' most solid pillar of support.

It is noteworthy that in August this year, several students, including year 6  Xinying Xiong (Anna), Year 8 Yifei Tang (Evy), joined the Merchiston Golf Academy. With a well-structured daily schedule, students complete all their academic classes in the morning and then proceed to Golf Planet for professional, sustained training in the afternoon, with school-arranged transportation. This model successfully delivers on the promise of balanced development, where academics and special talents advance together.

This educational model, which emphasizes nurturing individual potential and supporting students' diverse development, forms the crucial foundation enabling Merchiston students to shine both on and off the course.

Winning this regional tournament is not only an honor but also a testament to the achievements of Merchiston's golf sports education.
