1、1v2辅导Y4-Y13年级英语薄弱学生，建立个性化学习档案与成长追踪体系。
2、维护沉浸式英语学习环境，培养学生对英语语言学习的兴趣，重点提升学生英语应用能力（听说读写）。

3、与教学、招生、升学指导等部门合作，完成跨职能项目。

1、专业不限，英语需作为工作语言，

（需提供CET-6 550+/雅思6.5+/TEM-4良好及以上证明）

2026 International School English Teaching Internship Recruitment

Location: Shenzhen Merchiston International School

Duration: 6 months or longer, starting as soon as possible

1. Provide 1-on-2 tutoring for Y4–Y13 students with weak English proficiency, establish personalized learning profiles and a progress tracking system.

2. Maintain an immersive English learning environment, foster students' interest in English language learning, and focus on improving their practical English skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

3. Collaborate with teaching, admissions, and university counseling departments to complete cross-functional projects.

1. Open to all majors, with English proficiency as a working language (Proof of CET-6 550+/IELTS 6.5+/TEM-4 Good or above required)

1. Free shared dormitory (double occupancy with complimentary meals (three meals/day during non-holiday periods).
