告别小学，他们将直升学校中学部，在熟悉的城堡学校里继续长大。这不是一场远行，而是一次拔节生长——好奇心的种子已在这座城堡里悄悄生根，下一程，他们将站上更高的舞台，迎接更宽阔的视野。

高中部的毕业典礼，承载着更厚重的意义与期许。身着毕业袍的少年们，即将跨越山海，奔赴全球顶尖学府。他们的行囊里装着的，不只是曼校赋予的学术实力，更有一份从容走向世界的底气。

学校执行校长Benjamin Webster向全体毕业生致以深情寄语。他勉励学子进入大学后学会自主学习，主动探索课本之外的知识。“进入大学后，不会有人再提醒你任务的截止日期，也不会督促你复习功课。自律方能成就自我。”

他同时鼓励毕业生勇于走出舒适区，积极结交来自不同文化、不同背景的朋友，用心经营真挚的人际关系。“大学不只是钻研学业的场所，在这里收获的友谊，都会丰富你的人生，带来意想不到的机遇。”

中学部在2026申请季交出的成绩单，足以让所有人为之骄傲——牛津、剑桥双收，G5及港前三录取率超70%，人均4封名校Offer，福布斯深圳纯英式国际学校赛道排名第一。

专业方向同样百花齐放：从AI人工智能、理学大师班、法律、生物化学到纯艺，曼校学子在多元赛道上各放异彩。但比这些数字更令人动容的，是每一个数字背后那个被看见、被托举的少年。

毕业典礼上，毕业生代表Kaman的演讲让全场动容。她坦然谈起校园生活里那些“不完美”的瞬间——刚进入学校时一次次适应又被打乱节奏的无奈，甚至分享起自己曾叛逆地悄悄将外卖带进学校的经历。

“想必很多同学都忘不了，我们因为违纪，集体在操场跑步的那次经历。”

但正是不完美的点滴，拼凑出他们独一无二、格外珍贵的青春故事。她细数那些温暖的瞬间——相互扶持、为彼此的成就欢呼；为旁人无法理解的小事开怀大笑；一起熬过校园才艺秀、共度卡拉OK之夜，甚至还在校园五楼见证过一场画风奇特的说唱对决。

“一路走来，我们找到了各自热爱的方向，在失意低谷时彼此慰藉，并肩完成了A-Level课程的全部学习。”

在演讲的最后，Kaman请念到名字的毕业生起立，依次向台下挥手致意，向全场介绍本届拿到全球顶尖院校录取Offer的同学们。“看到你们即将走向世界舞台，我真的非常替你们高兴。无论你们去往何方，都请带着在曼校收获的友谊、勇气和温暖。”

当毕业袍的衣角被夏风轻轻掠过，当毕业证书被双手郑重接过，这一刻的掌声，既是对过往的加冕，也是对未来的邀约。

从城堡走向山海，从稚嫩走向成熟。曼校学子即将奔赴更广阔的世界——英国、美国、中国香港、加拿大、澳大利亚、新加坡……无论脚步迈向何方，他们都将带着曼校的印记：眼里有光、心中有爱、肩上有担。

“平静的海面培养不出优秀的水手，挑战，是成就的起点。”这是曼校对每一位毕业生的嘱托。

For the Primary School, graduation was a tender farewell to childhood itself. The once timid little faces that had first entered the school gates had grown into confident, cheerful young people. 

From wobbly letter formation to expressing themselves fluently in English; from the tears of their first day away from home to standing on stage with calm smiles — every desk in the school holds a part of their story.

Leaving Primary School, they will move up to the school's Secondary section — not a journey far away, but a step further up the same castle path. The seeds of curiosity, already planted here, will continue to grow; on the next stage, they will look out upon a wider horizon.

For the Senior School, the ceremony carried greater weight and expectation. The graduates, dressed in their gowns, are about to cross oceans and continents to pursue their studies at the world's leading universities. In their luggage, they carry not only the academic strength nurtured at MIS, but also the quiet confidence to face the world.

Mr. Benjamin Webster, Executive Headteacher of MIS, addressed the graduates with a heartfelt message. He encouraged them to take charge of their own learning at university, and to explore beyond the pages of their textbooks. “At university, no one will remind you of deadlines or push you to revise. Self-discipline is the key to fulfilling your potential.”

He also urged them to step out of their comfort zones, to make friends from different cultures and backgrounds, and to build genuine relationships. “University is not just a place for academic study. The friendships and connections you form there will enrich your life in ways you cannot yet imagine.”

The Senior School's results from the 2026 application cycle spoke for themselves — offers from both Oxford and Cambridge, an admission rate of over 70% to G5 universities and Hong Kong's top three institutions, an average of four offers per student, and the top ranking among pure British international schools in Shenzhen by Forbes. 

The range of subjects was equally impressive: from AI, Science Master Class and Law to Biochemistry and Fine Art, MIS students excelled across diverse fields. Yet, behind every number stood a young person who had been seen and supported — and that was what truly moved everyone present.

During the ceremony, Kaman, the graduate representative, delivered a speech that touched the hearts of all. She spoke honestly about the “imperfect” moments of school life — the constant adjustments to change, and even the mischief of sneaking takeaway food into school.

“I'm sure many of us remember that time when our whole year group had to run laps around the sports field because we broke the rules.”

Yet it was precisely those imperfect moments that shaped their unique and cherished school memories. She recalled the warmth of supporting one another, celebrating each other's achievements, laughing at things no one else understood, surviving school talent shows and karaoke nights together, and even witnessing an eccentric rap battle on the fifth floor.

“Along the way, we each found what we truly love. In times of disappointment, we comforted each other, and together, we completed our A-Level studies.”

At the end of her speech, Kaman asked the graduates to stand as she called out their names — one by one — to acknowledge those who had received offers from the world's top universities. “Seeing you all heading out into the world truly makes me proud. Wherever you go, carry with you the friendship, courage and warmth you found here at MIS.”

As the summer breeze brushed the hems of graduation gowns, and as certificates were received with both hands, the applause that followed honoured the journey they had completed and the journey still to come.

From the castle to the mountains and seas; from childhood to maturity. MIS graduates are about to step into a much wider world — the United Kingdom, the United States, Hong Kong, Canada, Australia, Singapore... Wherever their paths may lead, they will carry the MIS imprint with them: light in their eyes, love in their hearts, and responsibility on their shoulders.

“Calm seas never made a skilled sailor. Challenge is the beginning of achievement.” This is MIS's parting message to every graduate.

May you always remember the values that MIS has upheld — curiosity, resilience and a positive spirit — and may they give you the foundation and strength to go forward and to define your own world.
